    SUBSCRIPTION:  The customer has the right-to-use SpinFire for the selected term and will be entitled to download all updates of the bundle purchased and receive technical support during the term. The software is owned by Actify.  Once the specified term ends, the software will no longer function unless a term extension has been ordered.
